They are not client projects and do not describe real offers. Interactions in them run in your browser only and do not submit, reserve, purchase or finance anything.

Inquiries

• Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee that WorthyPage will accept a project.
• An inquiry does not reserve a project date or lock in pricing.
• No contract is formed through this website. Any project is agreed separately, in writing.

Pricing

Prices shown on the website, such as "Starting at" amounts, are starting points. Final scope, price and timing are confirmed separately before work begins.

One-of-One Ready Pages

Ready Page exclusivity applies only once a design has been purchased under a separate agreement. After purchase, the original design is removed from the collection and is not resold.

Project Advisor

Project Advisor recommendations are general guidance generated with AI. They are not a quote, proposal or commitment, and may not be accurate or complete.

Intellectual property

The website's design, text, graphics and code belong to WorthyPage or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.

No warranties

The website is provided "as is". We work to keep it accurate and available, but we don't promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, WorthyPage is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website.
