Who we are

This website is operated by WorthyPage, which creates landing pages, websites, web applications, interactive tools and AI-powered business solutions. In this policy, "WorthyPage", "we" and "us" refer to that service.

Information we collect

When you submit the Start a Project form, we collect the information you enter, such as your name, business name, email address, optional phone number, business type, project needs, goals, timeline, budget range, hosting preference, website address and project details.

To prevent spam and abuse, we also process limited technical information, such as a one-way hashed form of your IP address used for rate limiting and duplicate detection.

How inquiries are used and stored

• Submitted inquiries are saved to WorthyPage's database so they can be reviewed and answered.
• When an inquiry is saved, a private notification email containing the inquiry is sent to WorthyPage.
• We use inquiry information to respond to you, discuss a possible project and maintain business records.

Optional Project Advisor

• The Project Advisor is optional. You can contact WorthyPage without using it.
• Your Advisor answers are kept in your browser's session storage until you hand them off to the Start a Project form or close the tab.
• To prepare a recommendation, your answers are sent once for processing through Lovable's AI infrastructure.
• Your answers are not saved as an inquiry unless you choose to review and submit the Start a Project form.
• Even though AI app context is turned off for this website, the AI infrastructure may keep activity metadata about requests (for example, timing and usage information).

Analytics

Our hosting provider collects visitor analytics, such as pages viewed and general traffic information, which we use to understand how the website is used.

What we don't do

• This website has no user accounts and does not take payments.
• We do not sell your personal information.
• Concept demos and Ready Page previews on this website run in your browser only. Information entered into them is not submitted, stored or sent.

Service providers

We rely on service providers for website hosting, database storage, email delivery and AI processing. They handle information only as needed to provide those services.

Retention

We retain inquiry information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain appropriate business records, prevent misuse and meet applicable legal obligations.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your inquiry information. Submit the Start a Project form and write "Privacy Request" in Project Details, along with what you would like us to do.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the website changes. The effective date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
